At By Lucia, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
